On Dec 22, 2019; Mr. Tak performed Uttan Shashakasana yoga (Raised hare pose) for Eighteen minutes Thirty Eight seconds (18M:38S).
The program has been organized by ‘Anant Yoga & Ayurveda Research Institute, Jodhpur’.
The World Record of performing ‘fastest hundred hanuman dand’ has been achieved by Gopal Dangi at Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
On June 21, 2018, Gopal performed hundred hanuman dand (Hanuman push ups) in Three Minutes Two Seconds (3M:2S).
The World Record was attempted on International Yoga Day.
