During Apr – Nov, 2020; Mr. Kamde has authored Seven (7) books on the theme pandemic Coronavirus disease Covid-19. Books have been written on various themes viz. Gazals, Information, Thoughts, Vocabulary, Cartoons etc.
The World Record of ‘largest simulation of heart’ has been jointly achieved by Takshashila Air and Divya Bhaskar at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
On Feb 13, 2021; giant simulation of heart with dimensions 30 x 30 feet (length x width) has been installed at sky-deck of Takshashila Air Residential Twin Towers, Ellisbridge & Parimal Garden.

On Jun 20, 2018; Deepak performed Bhujangasana yoga (Cobra pose) for Eight Hundred Forty Nine (849) times in one hour.
