The World Record “longest journey by car using feet by differently abled individual in a single country” has been achieved by Chandeep Singh from Channi Rama, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
During Jul 06 – Jul 23, 2026; Mr. Singh, a bilateral upper-limb amputee, drove a specially adapted car using his feet and completed a journey from Jammu to Kanyakumari and back to Jammu, covering a total distance of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Two (7452) Kilometers.
The World Record “largest grains mosaic” has been achieved by Manohar Gaushala at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

The World Record “youngest medical clown” has been achieved by Shreelakshmi Bhat from Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
As on Apr 08, 2026; Shreelakshmi (daughter of Ms. Vidya and Mr. Gourish Bhat) became the youngest medical clown performer actively engaged in hospital-based compassionate service at the age of Seventeen years Five months Seventeen days (17Y:05M:17D).
Through medical clowning, she uses humour, music, expressive interaction, and positive communication to provide emotional comfort, joy, encouragement and psychological support to patients, particularly children undergoing cancer and intense painful medical treatments.
