The World Record of ‘longest performance of ustrasana yoga’ has been achieved by Rahul (16 years 08 months) from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India.

On Jun 14, 2019; Rahul (son of Ms. Renu Devi and Mr. Rajesh Kumar) performed Ustrasana yoga (Camel pose) for Forty Three minutes Thirty seconds (43M:30S).

The program has been organized by Trigart Devine Yog, Meditation & Naturopathy Centre, Kangra and convened by Mr. Ranjit Singh.

On Aug 11 Krish (son of Ms. Sarita & Mr. Pramod) has performed Ustrasana yoga (Camel pose) for Five minutes Thirty seconds (5M:30S). The program has been organized by Yoganjali Vidhyapeeth and convened by Anuj Yogi.
