The World Record of ‘largest collection of philatelic material on the theme of painting’ has been achieved by Mr. Jawahar Verhomal Israni from Delhi, India.

Till Apr 16, 2019; Mr. Israni had a collection of One Thousand Eight Hundred Nineteen (1819) philatelic materials on the theme of painting.

The collection consists of postal stamps collected from more than hundred nations and kingdoms of the world.
