The World Record of ‘longest performance of virabhadrasana-I yoga’ has been achieved by Harshita Bhardwaj from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

On Aug 18, 2018; Harshita performed the virabhadrasana I yoga (Warrior 1) for record Eight minute Twenty seconds (08M:20S).

Program was supported by Arya Group of Colleges and The Employers’ Association of Rajasthan.
