The World Record of ‘largest collection of hand-made paper quelling items’ has been achieved by Dr. Alpana Deshpande from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Till Nov 07, 2017; Dr. Deshpande has created and collected Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Six (2826) hand-made paper quelling items.
