The World Record of ‘most books signed by an author in a single session’ has been achieved by Mr. Martin Monte from Orrin Woodward, California, USA.
On Dec 24, 2016; Mr. Monte signed Six Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Seven (6947) copies of his book ‘Hear the voice unheard’.

The World Record of ‘most books signed by an author in a single session’ was achieved by Mr. Anatoli Karpov from Russia. On Oct 21, 2006; ex-World Chess Champion Mr. Karpov signed One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty One (1951) copies of the book ‘El Camino de una Voluntad’ authored by David Llada and Anatoli Karpov during Third Mexico City Chess Festival.
