The World Record of ‘most people waving flags simultaneously’ has been achieved by Sports Board Punjab from Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

On Mar 01, 2014; Fifty Six Thousand Six hundred Eighteen (56618) people waved flags at the National Hockey Stadium. World Record was attempted during Punjab Youth Festival organized by Sports Board Punjab.
