The World Record of ‘longest performance of dhruvasana yoga’ has been achieved by Mr. Shiv Kumar from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On June 20, 2017; Mr. Kumar performed Dhruvasana yoga (tree pose) for Three hour Eleven Minutes (3Hr:11Mins) incessantly.
