The World Record of ‘fastest haircuts with Scissor’ has been achieved by Mr. Stephan Guetary from Port Said, Egypt.

In the fastest haircut feat on April 18, 2015; Mr. Guetary did haircut of a boy in One Minute and Four seconds (1 Min: 04 Sec.).
