The World Record of ‘oldest registered yoga instructor’ has been achieved by Ms. Ida Herbert (96 years 145 days) from Orillia, Ontario, Canada.

Ms. Herbert; a retired yoga instructor from the YMCA continued to teach a weekly class in the Bayshore Village area of Ontario.
