The World Record of ‘fastest one mile backwards running’ has been achieved by Mr. Robert Jones from Kazan, Russia.

On Sept 22, 2016; Mr. Jones completed the backwards one mile run in Five Minute Fifty Eight Seconds (05M:58S).

On October 16, 2015; Mr. Mbowe run one mile in backward direction in 6 Min 7 Sec.
