The World Record of performing ‘largest set of Surya namaskar yoga’ has been achieved by Master Harshram (14 years 30 days) from Nalanda, Bihar, India.

On June 21, 2016; Harshram performed One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty (1250) sets of Surya namaskar yoga.

World Record was set during the celebration of International Yoga Day organized by Patanjali Yog Samiti.
