The World Record of ‘fastest mile progression (man)’ has been achieved by Mr. Hicham El Guerrouj from Morocco.

Mr. Guerrouj’s personal best of 3:43.13 in the mile progression is the fastest ever run. This record was made in Rome, Italy.
