The World Record ‘longest performance of balasana yoga’ has been achieved by Gouri G Hiremath from Haveli, Karnataka, India.

On Nov 08, 2025; Ms. Hiremath has performed balasana yoga (Child’s pose) for One hour Twenty Two minutes Fifty Four seconds (01H:22M:54S).
