The World Record “youngest bovinophile to initiate campaign of tying reflective collars to stray cows (multiple locations)” has been achieved by Anuraj Shukla (04 years 03 months 24 days) from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.

During Jul 26, 2025 – Oct 20, 2025; Anuraj Shukla (son of Ms. Ankita and Mr. Anubhav Shukla) tied reflective collars around the necks of Four Hundred (400) stray cows across various locations to enhance their nigh time visibility and help to prevent road accidents of stray cows.
