The World Record “fastest hundred punches with one kg weight” has been achieved by Prakash Chandra from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Jun 21, 2025; Mr. Chandra performed hundred punches with one kg weight in Nine Seconds and One Hundred Forty Milliseconds (09s:140ms).
