The World Record “most gender affirming surgeries performed by a doctor” has been achieved by Dr. Sunil Kalda from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Till Apr 18, 2025; Dr. Kalda has performed Two Hundred Ten (210) gender affirming surgeries. He has performed feminization surgeries as well as masculinization surgeries.
