The World Record “longest performance of shirshasana yoga” has been achieved by Divyansh Arya (11 years 29 days) from Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Jun 09, 2024; Divyansh (son of Ms. Vedmati and Mr. Sunil Arya) performed shirshasana yoga (headstand pose) for Three hours (03H).

Acharya Pranav and Uttam Arya convened the program organized by ‘Gurukul Mahavidyalaya, Rudrapur’.
