The World Record “largest human depiction of pi symbol” has been achieved by Westwood High School from Mesa, Arizona, USA.

On Mar 08, 2023; under mentorship of math teacher Elizabeth Ruiz, Two Thousand Thirty Six (2036) people stood to form pi symbol.

The World Record “largest human depiction of pi symbol” was achieved by Lismore Comprehensive School at Craigavon, Northern Ireland, UK. On Mar 14, 2019; One Thousand One Hundred Seventy (1170) people stood to form pi symbol. The event was part of a celebration of ‘Pi Day’ and was held in memory of Maddy-Leigh Harbinson, an 11-year-old student who died from undetected diabetes. As part of the event, school also raised funds for ‘Diabetes UK’.

The World Record “largest human depiction of pi symbol” was achieved by Carl-Friedrich-Gauss Grammar School at Frankfurt (Oder), Brandenburg, Germany. On Mar 14, 2014; Five Hundred Eighty Nine (589) people stood to form pi symbol.
