The World Record “longest performance of kamar marodasana yoga” has been achieved by Aryan Chaprana (16 years 09 months 10 days) at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On May 19, 2024; Aryan (son of Ms. Poonam and Mr. Subodh Chaprana) performed kamar marodasana yoga (Waist twisting pose) for Five minutes Thirty seconds (05M:30S).

Anuj Yogi convened the program organized by ‘Yoganjali Vidhyapeeth Trust’ and ‘Shri Satti Maa Ashram’.
