The World Record “most master degrees earned by an individual” has been achieved by Kripal Singh Banthala from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Dec 25, 2025; Mr. Singh exhibited Seventeen (17) master degrees earned from various universities. He studied M Sc, M Com and MA in multiple streams viz. Economics, Social science, Political science, Public administration, History, Development Studies, Sociology, Rural development, Education etc.
