The World Record ‘most push-ups performed by an individual’ has been achieved by Sanjay Singh from Barauli-Palwal, Haryana, India.

On Sep 15, 2022; Mr. Sanjay performed Thirty Thousand (30000) push-ups in ten hours and nine minutes.

‘Bharatiya Gau Kranti Manch’ supported the feat.
