The World Record ‘most parivrutha upvishtha konasana twists in one minute’ has been achieved by Pavani Mutalik Desai (10 years 10 months 28 days) at Mysuru, Karnataka, India.

On Jun 15, 2022; Pavani (daughter of Ms. Veena and Mr. Venkatesh Mutalik Desai) has performed Forty Two (42) parivrutha upvishtha konasana twists in one minute.

Under the guidance of Dr. P. N. Ganesh Kumar, program has been organized by ‘Mysore Vivekananda Yoga Education & Research Institution’.
