The World Record ‘longest performance of shirsha baddha konasana yoga on chair’ has been achieved by Hemanth H Salunke (12 years) at Mysuru, Karnataka, India.

On Jun 15, 2022; Hemanth (son of Ms. Kalavathi Bai and Mr. Honnoji Rao) has performed shirsha baddha konasana yoga on chair for Twenty minutes Twelve seconds (20M:12S).

Under the guidance of Dr. P. N. Ganesh Kumar, program has been organized by ‘Mysore Vivekananda Yoga Education & Research Institution’.
