The World Record of ‘most lipstick applications in one minute’ has been jointly achieved by Avon Turkey and Melis İlkkılıç from Istanbul, Turkey.

On Jul 27, 2018; make-up artist Ms. Melis İlkkılıç applied lipstick to Eight (8) women in one minute.
