The World Record ‘first book on the theme family memories authored by a family’ has been achieved by Flat number 24 from Matunga-Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

On Aug 05, 2021; Chandrakiran Damani, Shashi Damani, Ravikiran Damani, Madhu Rathi and Sudha Agrawal has exhibited the book ‘Flat number 24’ authored by all family members. The book is about family of Mr. Harinarayan Jaju & Ms. Manorama Jaju and their five daughters once living at Flat number 24.
