The World Record of ‘longest performance of ek pad chakrasana yoga’ has been achieved by Aahana Kaushal (13 years 04 months 15 days) from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India.

On Jun 15, 2020; Aahana (daughter of Ms. Meenu & Mr. Ajay Singh Kaushal) performed the ek pad chakrasana yoga (upward facing bow pose) for One minute Thirty Six seconds (1M:36S).

Mr. Ranjit Singh convened the program organized by Trigart Divya yog Asharam.
