The World Record of ‘largest edifice simulating conch shell’ has been achieved by Dr. Mukesh Somchand Shah at Palitana, Gujarat, India.

On Nov 26, 2010; Dr. Shah from Adinath Developer, constructed a conch shell simulating Jain temple with dimensions of  49 x 20 x 25 (length x width x height) feet.

The temple has been built in fifty four days without using iron.
