The World Record ‘largest human hand’ has been achieved by Nestlé Puerto Rico at Hiram Bithorn Stadium, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

On March 30, 2013; 849 participants stood in the form of a large human hand at Hiram Bithorn Stadium in San Juan. The record was organized by Nestlé Puerto Rico to promote ‘High Five for Life’ Campaign.
